I recognize this sport is meant for babies, so many will frown upon this overview, BUT there are masses of games out there which can be only as enjoyable for babies as is for adults. The simplest two kids which can be midway enthusiastic about playing this game are my 4 and 6 yr previouss. Everyone else (8 and up) runs when this one comes off the shelf. It's ALL luck... completely no technique in any respect. No educational value either other than ordering quantitys from 1-6. Every home must have this recreation. It maintains the interest for all, from age 4 to 104. It's fast, fast, and enjoyable. I can't remember that the age counselations but any youngster than can put 6 playing cards in relying order can play this sport. Don't let the simplicity of counting 1 - 6 throw you off.....
