My son is 5 and loves this. he is a big boy, 70 lbs, and this fits him excellent. I be aware of the entirese different dimension balls are confusing. I took a shot at this one and it matchs perfect. This ball could be very sturdy, it seems really thick and puncture proof. Has a bit of of an scent to it, nevertheless it goes away.

I sold these for my pre-k and 1st graders; both love it as does my 3rd grader. I get a kick out of it, too, because it could well hang adults :) My one and best complaint is that the directions stated to no longer use any air compressor so I used my hand bike pump (the hop came with an adaptor). It took an incredible period of time to pump up. Have a flexible tape measure to hand and take wrecks tho (just plug it part-way when you achieve this it would not lose air :) and you can do fine. Well worth it.

I bought the Gymnic 55 Hop Ball for my son for Christmas. He is a tall 5 yr outdated, and the ball is the most effective size for him. The high quality seems great though a thinner rubber than the "hippity hops" in my day. I'm very happy with my purchase and it arrived so speedy. The ball comes with an adapter for pumping. It would be nice if the ball had a valve in it in order that air may now not escape whereas the plug was inserted.
